Stop doing this to yourself.
Eating like a depressed bunny can leave you too tired and moody to enjoy the rest of your life. A plan that leaves you hungry and exhausted is hard to keep going with.
You shouldn’t need a degree in biochemistry and 4 different apps just to track a single lunch.
If it’s not simple, you won’t do it. Period.
You don’t need another strict diet, another forbidden-food list, or another “new life starts Monday” plan that collapses by Wednesday.
You need a simple food structure that helps you stay in a calorie deficit while still letting you eat normal meals.
The 30-Day Reset System gives you 30 days of real-food meals, calories, short recipes, grocery guidance, and simple support tools — so you can stop guessing what to eat and finally follow something that feels doable.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and optional snacks planned for you.
Simple real-food meals designed to help you lose weight without dieting.
Every meal comes with simple instructions, because “just eat healthy” is not a plan.
Know what to buy without wandering around the supermarket like a confused raccoon.
Extra support for stubborn days, busy days, and “I can’t be bothered” days.
Start today. No waiting. No excuses. No dramatic Monday ceremony.

I didn’t create Simply Happy Guide because I loved dieting.
I created it because I knew what it felt like to keep giving up.
For a long time, I tried all kinds of diets.
Keto. The orange diet. Apparently, my next personality was going to be a citrus fruit.
And usually, about a week later, I’d given up. Again.
I wanted to lose weight. I really did. But every plan arrived with another set of rules.
Don’t eat this. Don’t eat that. Have another salad.
By the end, the amount of salad in my life was less “balanced eating” and more elaborate lettuce ceremony. I was one bowl away from giving the cucumber a ceremonial title.
The weight wasn’t really shifting. I wasn’t happy. I felt unmotivated, increasingly low and uncomfortable in myself.
And somehow, the answer was always supposed to be more discipline. Or more salad. Neither suggestion was improving the mood.
Eventually I told myself: I am going to lose weight. But I am not willing to live on salad anymore.
So I started testing things for myself.
Which normal, everyday meals could help me stay in a calorie deficit? Which ones did I actually enjoy? Could I have something sweet and still follow a structure that worked for me?
Because I wasn’t looking for a new hobby called “Being Sad Near the Fridge.” I wanted food I could eat, enjoy and keep eating after the first week.
I worked with familiar food and simple meals. I kept testing, adjusting and noticing what felt doable in my own life.
That was my own experience. For once, the scale had news I actually wanted to hear.
Seeing it move gave me motivation to keep going. And I did keep going — because I was enjoying the food instead of counting down the days until I could abandon the plan.
Over a few months, I passed the 20 kg milestone. In total, I went from 85 kg to 60 kg: a personal loss of 25 kg.
The things I was testing and learning along the way became the Reset System.
I could wear my old jeans again. My old skirts. I felt comfortable wearing a skirt because I felt good in myself.
My confidence came back. I started laughing again. I felt feminine again.
For me, those feelings meant so much more than a number on a scale.
I wasn’t forcing myself through another diet I hated. I was eating ordinary food, following a structure I could live with — and enjoying the process.
The food was normal.
The plan felt doable.
And I wanted to keep going.
I created Simply Happy Guide to help other people who feel the way I used to feel: stuck, discouraged and worn out by food rules.
If you’ve ever given up after a week and wondered why you couldn’t just “be more disciplined,” I recognise that feeling.
I wanted to turn my own experience into something useful: simple ideas, normal food and practical support for real life. With room for dessert. We’ve suffered enough over the lettuce.
The Reset System is where that experience became a 30-day guide: everyday meals, short recipes, calories, grocery guidance and support for the days that get messy.
If you want a clearer answer to “What do I eat next?”, take a look inside. You can see the meals, sample pages and three included bonus guides before deciding.

This is my own personal experience. Results vary; no specific amount or pace of weight loss is guaranteed. The photos are from my own journey.

Simple extra support for the days when your body feels stubborn and your motivation has apparently left the building. It gives you easy add-ons, real-life movement ideas, and small tweaks that help you create more momentum without adding more diet rules.
No new rules. Just useful add-ons.

A short momentum boost for the first week, because “I’ll start properly later” is how most plans go to die. It helps you build rhythm fast with simple daily actions, normal food, and realistic steps you can actually repeat.
7 days to stop starting over in theory.

Your quick rescue guide for messy days, cravings, low energy, and those “I can’t be bothered” moments. It gives you easy food options, simple decisions, and backup ideas so one chaotic day doesn’t turn into a full dramatic comeback tour.
Practical support. Not another rulebook.

Don’t save another recipe you’ll never use.
Don’t wait for the “perfect time.”
And don’t tell yourself you just need to “try harder” again — because let’s be honest, that strategy has been wildly unimpressive so far.
The problem was never that you were lazy.
The problem was that you didn’t have a simple system to follow without food guilt, fake diet rules, or a full mental breakdown in the kitchen.
Now you do.
This is the part where you either keep overthinking everything for another few weeks… or finally make it easy on yourself.
Download it. Open it. Pick your first day.
That’s it. No dramatic “new life” speech required.

Absolutely not. I hate those too. This is a one-time payment of $29.99 USD at the current offer price. You pay once, you get access to the files, and nobody will ever rebill your card.
No. All meals are made with normal ingredients you can find at Walmart, Target, or any regular grocery store without emptying your bank account.
You get digital access through Whop after purchase. Open your files and pick your first day — no waiting for a printed book.
No. That’s exactly what it’s NOT. The Reset System isn’t built around banning foods, counting every bite, or surviving on chicken and broccoli. It’s a simple eating system that helps you stay in a calorie deficit while eating normal food you actually enjoy. Because the best weight loss plan isn’t the strictest one… It’s the one you can actually stick to.
Everyone is different. Your starting weight, eating habits, activity level, and consistency all play a role. The goal isn’t to lose weight as fast as possible. The goal is to lose it without feeling like you have to restart every Monday. No specific amount of weight loss is guaranteed.
Yes. The Reset System was built around real food, not “diet food.” Nothing is automatically off limits. You’ll simply learn how to fit normal meals into a calorie deficit instead of feeling guilty every time you eat something that isn’t labeled “healthy.”
No. The system gives you a simple structure that makes staying in a calorie deficit much easier. You can count calories if you enjoy it… But you don’t have to obsess over every bite to make progress.
Then you’re exactly who this was created for. Most people don’t fail diets. Diets fail people. The Reset System was designed to work in real life — not in a fantasy world where nobody has stress, birthdays, restaurants, or cravings.
They are separate, optional companion guides. The three free bonuses included here are the Fat-Burning Add-On, 7-Day Challenge Workbook and Simple Weight Loss Helper. The Dessert Guide and Restaurant Guide can be purchased separately and used with the Reset System or on their own.
